SevaOne Foundation values the trust of its donors. This policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations.
Donations Are Voluntary
Donations, once made, are generally non-refundable as funds are committed to charitable programmes quickly.
Erroneous or Duplicate Transactions
If you have made an accidental, duplicate, or erroneous donation, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your donation reference and receipt number. Verified genuine errors will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through our payment gateway and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank. Any 80G receipt issued for a refunded donation will be voided.
